Redos & retakes in MS
Students in the MS can be offered opportunities to retake a summative assessment should they fall on a level 3 or below (or under teacher's discretion) with a higher grade thereafter adjusted on MB. With students who have performed at a 4 or higher, on requests to retake for a higher level, it is only the exceptional cases under teacher's discretion that will warrant this retake. Remember that exceptions to the general rule does not negate the general norm. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
